Patrick Gaynor – Meriden Police Department

Lieutenant Patrick Gaynor alleged that after testifying against Officer Evan Cossette in 2013, he faced systematic retaliation from Police Chief Jeffry Cossette. Gaynor filed a formal complaint in 2016 and was terminated in 2017. An arbitration panel found that Gaynor was dishonest and upheld his termination for just cause.
