Patrick T. McMahon – Middletown Police Department

In 2011, Deputy Chief McMahon was investigated for allegedly consuming alcohol in public while wearing his badge and sidearm. An independent investigation concluded he had engaged in conduct unbecoming a police officer by providing false and misleading statements.
