Paul Longuevan – Castle Rock Police Department

On December 7, 2022, Officer Longuevan participated in the arrest of Hayden Graham, a man with cerebral palsy. Longuevan claimed Graham was ‘squaring off’ with officers, leading to Graham being taken to the ground and tased. Graham filed a lawsuit alleging excessive force and misconduct. The outcome of the lawsuit is pending.
