Former deputy Phillip Tollison pleaded guilty in 2022 to five counts of voyeurism and six counts of misconduct in office. He secretly recorded female staff undressing and conducted invasive strip searches under the guise of training. Tollison was sentenced to four months in jail, which he had already served, and was required to register as a sex offender.
