Randy Smith – Rochester Police Department

In 2022, former Officer Randy Smith was charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault related to incidents in 2017 and 2019. He was placed on administrative leave during the investigation. In December 2022, a jury found him not guilty on all counts.
