Ricardo Edward Franc Olandez – Box Elder Police Department

In 2022, former officer Ricardo Edward Franc Olandez was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Abuse for forcing a minor female to engage in sexual acts in 2021 at Ellsworth Air Force Base. He was sentenced to 13 years and four months in federal prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund. The case was investigated by the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
