Ricky Heard – Brent Police Department

In 2013, Officer Ricky Heard was involved in a lawsuit alleging unlawful detention of Sandra Tucker and Jeffery Easley at Bibb Medical Center. The plaintiffs claimed Heard detained them without probable cause after they assisted an injured individual. The court granted summary judgment in favor of Heard, finding he had arguable probable cause for the detention. No disciplinary actions were reported against Heard in connection with this incident.
