In 2009, Chief Robert Green was suspended for ten working days without pay for retaliating against Assistant Chief Sharon Crowder. The retaliation included threatening to reprimand her for exercising her rights under the City’s Anti-Harassment Policy and reassigning significant parts of her duties without prior discussion.
