Robyn Krile – Bismarck Police Department

Sergeant Robyn Krile was terminated in March 2017 after 13 years of service when a county prosecutor deemed her not to be a credible witness in court. Krile filed a lawsuit against the city and former Police Chief Dan Donlin, alleging gender discrimination and wrongful termination. She claimed the department took calculated measures to prevent her advancement and sought over $100,000 in damages.
