Rodrigo Oliveira – Worcester Police Department

Officer Rodrigo Oliveira was involved in multiple incidents of excessive force. In 2015, he struck a handcuffed 15-year-old boy in the head, resulting in a 40-day suspension. Despite previous exonerations for similar complaints, he was terminated in June 2021 after being found unresponsive due to an apparent drug overdose.
