Officer Pressley was involved in the processing of Richard ‘Randy’ Cox on June 19, 2022. He failed to provide adequate medical assistance to Cox, who was paralyzed during transport. Pressley retired in January 2023, prior to the conclusion of the internal investigation into the incident.
