Ryan A. Estes – Roy Police Department

In November 2022, Officer Ryan A. Estes was found guilty of first-degree felony aggravated sexual abuse of a child in Davis County, Utah. The abuse occurred in Clinton in 2015. Additionally, Estes faced four similar charges in Weber County for alleged abuse in Roy from 2016 to 2019. He was placed on leave following his 2021 arrest, and his employment status was under review as of November 2022.
