Ryan Boyton – Manchester Police Department

Sgt. Ryan Boyton was one of two supervisors who received a racist meme texted by Officer Christian Horn in February 2021 and did not report it. The meme made a ‘joke’ out of the May 2020 murder of George Floyd and included the phrase ‘Black Love.’ Boyton was named in a lawsuit seeking unredacted information about the supervisors’ failure to report the incident.
