Ryan Cubells – Waterbury Police Department

Former Officer Cubells was accused in five misconduct lawsuits, including allegations of abusing a 57-year-old man during a 2011 robbery arrest. He was fired in 2014 after the FBI recorded him bragging about abusing suspects and making racist comments. Four lawsuits were dismissed, and one remains pending.
