Ryan Gehricke – Sandy Springs Police Department

In March 2017, Officer Gehricke arrested Yolanda Duncan in an LA Fitness parking lot, accusing her of hit-and-run and obstruction for failing to produce her driver’s license. Duncan alleged the arrest was unlawful and retaliatory. The Eleventh Circuit Court revived her claims in June 2023, indicating potential misconduct by Officer Gehricke.
