Lieutenant Sandy Kosena was accused by Detective Chris Shermer in 2013 of sexual harassment for allegedly grabbing his buttocks and making an inappropriate comment. Kosena admitted to the act, describing it as a continuation of ‘jovial’ behavior. She received a level 2 notice of discipline from the department.
