Participated alongside Major Donald Pruitt in daily Nazi-like behavior over a ten-year period, including using German words and phrases, and giving Nazi salutes. Ignored direct orders from superiors to stop the behavior, resulting in termination in 1990. The actions were considered inappropriate and unbecoming, negatively impacting department morale and discipline.
