Sergeant Patrick Clohessy – Darien Police Department

In October 2023, Sergeant Clohessy was accused of overseeing and allowing Officers Abigail Frazier and Kristen Hunt to proceed with a DUI arrest without sufficient evidence. The charges were dismissed in January 2024 after prosecutors found the accusations to be false and misleading. The resident filed a lawsuit against all three officers in September 2024, alleging false arrest and malicious prosecution.
