Sergeant Sam Green – Warren Police Department

Participated in the 1997 incident where Robert Mark Isom was fatally shot. Green was one of the officers who fired at Isom after he charged with an axe. A lawsuit alleging excessive force was filed, but the court ruled the officers acted reasonably given the situation.
