Sgt. Albany – Lower Merion Police Department

In the mid-1990s, Sgt. Albany was accused of sexual harassment by dispatcher Regan. Allegations included making lewd comments, such as suggesting Regan wear more dresses for easier access and commenting on her physical attributes. After Regan reported the harassment, Albany was transferred in September 1995.
