Sheriff Huey ‘Hoss’ Mack – Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office

In 2016, Sheriff Mack was named in a lawsuit by Brent Jacoby, a pretrial detainee, alleging violations of substantive and procedural due process rights. Jacoby claimed he was confined in unsanitary and overcrowded conditions and was denied a fair disciplinary hearing. The court granted summary judgment in favor of Sheriff Mack, dismissing the claims.
