Steve Dutton – Rainsville Police Department

In 2014, Officer Steve Dutton was accused of falsifying a complaint against Mr. Gibbons, alleging methamphetamine trafficking despite the absence of methamphetamine evidence. The case was dismissed in 2019 due to prosecutorial delays. Additionally, in 2013, Dutton filed a notice of claim against the city citing employment discrimination and harassment by the mayor.
