Timothy J. Feldman – Schoharie County Sheriff’s Office

On August 2024, off-duty corrections officer Timothy J. Feldman, 22, attempted to enter The Sound Bar in Saratoga Springs while carrying a semiautomatic pistol without serial numbers, commonly referred to as a ‘ghost gun.’ He did not possess a New York State pistol permit and had two 15-round magazines. Feldman identified himself as a corrections officer during the incident. Following his arrest and arraignment on a second-degree criminal possession of a weapon charge, a felony, he was fired from his position at the Schoharie County Sheriff’s Office. • View the Blog: Read about documented police interactions
  • Share Your Experience: Submit your own police interaction story
  • Browse the Forums: Check if your local law enforcement has been documented

Important Community Guidelines

It is strictly against our rules to:

  • Make threats of any kind
  • Share private information such as personal emails, home addresses, or phone numbers

Violation of these rules will result in immediate content removal and possible account suspension.

Why This Matters

By organizing this data, we can potentially demonstrate when officers were previously aware of laws they later claim ignorance of, challenging qualified immunity defenses and promoting accountability.
