Tom Rappe – Springfield Police Department

Lieutenant Tom Rappe was involved in the termination of Officer Amanda McIntyre in 2020. He interrogated McIntyre about her off-duty sexual conduct and accused her of untruthfulness. McIntyre later filed a federal lawsuit alleging discrimination and a hostile work environment, claiming that male officers involved in similar conduct were not disciplined.
