On May 15, 2020, Probation Officer Tomeka Williams was involved in an incident with Carrie Gregory in the parking lot of the Montana Probation and Parole Office. Gregory alleged that Williams used excessive force by forcing her onto the hood of a car, resulting in injuries to her wrist and elbow.
