Unidentified Officer – Palm Bay Police Department

In December 2022, an officer was involved in the arrest of Scott MacIntyre, who was hospitalized after the encounter. MacIntyre filed a federal lawsuit alleging excessive force and false arrest. The same officer was also involved in the June 2024 incident that left Thomas Farley paralyzed.
