Unnamed Deputies – Huerfano County Sheriff’s Office

In May 2021, multiple deputies used tasers on inmate Travis Foutch multiple times while he was naked inside his jail cell. Foutch’s attorneys allege that he was not threatening the deputies at the time. A lawsuit is being planned against the Huerfano County Sheriff’s Office for alleged use-of-force violations.
