Unnamed Officers – Bennington Police Department

In 2020, an interracial couple filed complaints against Bennington police officers for eight instances of alleged racially-motivated harassment. The ACLU filed a lawsuit in 2023, accusing the town of retaliating against the couple after they submitted these complaints.
