Street preacher Edgar Orea was arrested by Bluefield police for displaying an anti-abortion sign with graphic imagery. He was charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction, raising First Amendment concerns. The charges were later dismissed, and a federal lawsuit was filed against the department.
