Unnamed Officers – Macon Police Department

In 2011, a group of Macon police officers played a pickup football game while on duty, waiting to serve a warrant. The incident was reported by a citizen who saw photos of the game. Chief Mike Burns stated that the officers admitted to their involvement and would be disciplined for using poor judgment, though they were not suspended.
