Wade Franklin Rollings – Summerville Police Department

As an evidence custodian, Rollings reported missing money from the evidence safe in December 2020. An investigation revealed he had stolen $7,439 and falsified records to cover it up. Further audits found he had also stolen firearms from the evidence room and sold them at pawn shops. Rollings was convicted of misconduct in office and grand larceny, sentenced to 10 years in prison (suspended to one year active time) and probation.
