Walter Leroy Harper III – Oregon City Police Department

In August 2022, while on duty, Harper allegedly engaged in acts to obtain personal sexual gratification. He was charged with three counts of official misconduct in July 2024 and is scheduled for arraignment on August 8, 2024. Additionally, in January 2023, Harper was arrested for DUII and reckless driving, to which he pleaded guilty, resulting in probation, community service, a fine, and mandatory attendance at a high-risk driving class. Harper resigned from the Oregon City Police Department in September 2022.
