William Blais – Burrillville Police Department

In May 2008, Officer William Blais was involved in a physical altercation with another officer while on duty, resulting in injuries and disruption of department operations. The incident led to a 25-day suspension without pay, upheld by the Rhode Island Superior Court in 2009.
