Zachary Hall – Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office

In February 2024, Deputy Zachary Hall was involved in the arrest of Christopher Connelly, who alleged excessive force was used during the incident. Body camera footage showed Connelly holding his hands up before attempting to flee, after which deputies, including Hall, tackled and struck him. Connelly filed a federal civil rights lawsuit claiming he suffered a traumatic brain injury and other injuries affecting his ability to work. Additionally, in 2020, Hall was suspended for three weeks without pay for misconduct involving alcohol with two women under the age of 21, during which he and one of the women were thrown from an unmarked PBSO pickup truck driven by another officer. Important Community Guidelines

It is strictly against our rules to:

  • Make threats of any kind
  • Share private information such as personal emails, home addresses, or phone numbers

Violation of these rules will result in immediate content removal and possible account suspension.

Why This Matters

By organizing this data, we can potentially demonstrate when officers were previously aware of laws they later claim ignorance of, challenging qualified immunity defenses and promoting accountability.
